Refunds

Goods must be returned within 30 days. Please send an email to info@spillexpert.co.uk for a return authorization number prior to return.

No return will be accepted without prior consent.

Returns are subject to a 33% value of product restock charge unless otherwise arranged. Special order items or imprinted products are nonreturnable unless there is a defect in the quality or workmanship.

Used or damaged goods cannot and will not be refunded.

Shipping charges should be prepaid unless otherwise arranged in advance. Once goods have been received back in good condition, your credit card will be refunded. No COD returns accepted. All merchandise must be carefully packed and will be subject to charge if not in saleable condition



Delivery & Charges

The delivery price for each product is clearly stated on each individual product page. We aim not to make any profit from this and just charge what is a reasonable fee to get the product to you in a safe condition.

We can only deliver to a valid UK address. Delivery timescales cannot be guaranteed. There are certain circumstances where you order may be delayed:

• Orders placed at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will require at least two extra working days for delivery.

• If there any unforeseen stock shortages we will notify you of any delay.

• Certain remote postcodes will require additional time for delivery.

• If we cannot obtain immediate security clearance for payment of your order we will try to contact you.

The security of our customers is paramount so these checks are essential to combat fraudulent use of payment and address details. Delivery charges are as specified in your order.
